Beware of Poisoned Apples

14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? 15 What accord has Christ with Belial? Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever? 16a What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; ~ 2 Corinthians 6:14–18

When movies, television shows, children programs begin to invoke demons, cast spells, and conjure up the supernatural, and practice the magical arts, it is time for you to exit stage left. Do not pass Go and do not collect $200.

Please listen to me, do not be deceived into staying in the water because it feels fine. It’s still comfortable, but before you know it, it will be too late, the water will be too hot for you and for your children to jump out.

Just like Snow White was unaware of what was in the bright shiny red delicious apple until it was too late, so it will be with each one who takes the occult into his or her home.

Peace. Love. Go Forth and Beware of Poisoned Apples.

Be Careful of the Boiling Water

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. ~ Hebrews 13:8

Some things for us, Christians, do not change. We are held to a higher standard, and no matter how they try to blur the lines, mix the religions, turn evil into good and wickedness harmless, we must keep ourselves separate from the evil and wickedness. It doesn’t matter how innocent it is presented to us and to our children; we have to discern the difference between good and evil according to the Scripture, not culture.

I would venture to say that more children have read the Harry Potter book series than they have read the Bible. The very words of life.

Remember this one thing. You can open spiritual doors. When you bring the accursed into your homes either through images, books, or television, you can open spiritual doors. You can invite spirits into your homes and into your lives.

Be careful of the occult. Be careful of falling asleep. The time is short. The time is now.

Peace. Love. Go Forth and Be Careful of the Boiling Water.

Look Beyond Their Disguise

23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, ~ Romans 3:23

No matter how they try to blur the lines, there is a difference between light and darkness, good and evil. The days are upon us when those who are not in communion with God won’t recognize the difference because of the great delusion. They, in essence, have fallen asleep.

They are now calling good evil and evil good. They have blurred the lines to the point where those Christians who have fallen asleep struggle to tell the difference. Things that have been settled by the Church for 2,000 years are now being brought into question and accepted because it is deemed to be politically correct.

Don’t fall for the disguise that the world has put on. What the world calls progress isn’t always progress. Don’t let them lull you to sleep. Take everything they tell you with a fine-tooth comb. Compare everything they say to Scripture. Don’t fall into the trap they have set for us, for we as sheep amongst wolves, so be as wise as serpents and as innocent as doves.

Peace. Love. Go Forth and Look Beyond Their Disguise.

Beware

14 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds. ~ 2 Corinthians 11:12-15

Paul says his mission was to correct false doctrine. Apparently, there were some who had snuck into the Church with false doctrine. They were all about the money. Gimme, gimme, gimme, and now gimme a little more. But Paul said that they were masquerading as apostles of Christ, but they were really false apostles and deceitful workmen.

And that is how it is today. Evil is delivered to us as a beautiful apple, just like Snow White’s evil stepmother did. She was jealous of Snow White because she wanted to be the fairest in all of the land.

When she asked her magic mirror who was the fairest of them all, the mirror answered Snow White is the fairest of them all. She flew into a rage, and the plotting began.

God has determined that we, mankind, the pinnacle of His creation is the fairest of them all. So much so that He chose to redeem us with His own life, and now all the forces of darkness are plotting against us to take us down, whatever the cost and by all means.

Snow White’s evil stepmother transformed herself into a harmless-looking old lady who only wanted to do good. Evil is always presented as doing good for your good. It’s all about you. So beware!

Peace. Love. Go Forth and Beware.

Fear the Holy One

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. ~ Proverbs 9:10

The fear of the LORD is not the kind of horror you feel at the sight of a mob of vicious men walking toward you and your family bent on total destruction and annihilation. Instead, it is the fear of the LORD, mixed with love and reverence, that keeps you from sinning because you know that His judgments are true, yet His mercies are renewed every day.

Peace. Love. Go Forth and Fear the Holy One.

His Warm Embrace

15 I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! 16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. ~ Revelation 3:15–16

So many people believe that they can hide from the eyes of God. That they can keep their sin a secret, and God would never find out. But God knows all of our deeds. There is nothing that catches Him by surprise or that He is unaware of. Why? Because He is the God who sees us.

And because God can see our every action, He can be there with us if we call on His name. We don’t have to be ashamed of our past because even though God sees our past, present, and future, He still wants us. He still died for us to be saved. We don’t have to be ashamed because no matter what you’ve done, God still loves you.

Peace. Love. Go Forth and Come Home to His Warm Embrace.

Walk in Spirit and Truth

20 For the kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power. ~ 1 Corinthians 4:20

Today’s Church has become very judgmental of the very idea of miracles performed today. There is a large number of Christians who reject the very idea of Spiritual Gifts. Why? Because our enemy is smart. He is cunning. He understands that if we are filled with the power of God, then we will turn the whole world upside down as Jesus and the early apostles did. That we will grow closer to God. That more people could be saved, so he keeps us powerless.

Why would the Kingdom of God consist of power in Paul’s day but not ours? Did God suddenly change? No. God doesn’t change. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. So, the enemy tries to weaken the Church because it’s through gifts that we not only encourage ourselves, but we encourage others. Sickness, depression, anger, disease are running rampant, and the world can do nothing about it. This is the enemy’s game, weaken the Church, and the whole earth is his.

Therefore, we all need to awaken from our spiritual slumber that has kept us weak and in the dark. We must learn to walk in the power of God and not just talk. When Christ returns, we can’t be caught sleeping. We need to awaken. We need to walk in Spirit and Truth.

Peace. Love. Go Forth and Walk in Spirit and Truth.

Be Strong and Courageous

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. ~ Joshua 1:9KJV

God says, “Be strong and courageous and Do Not Be Afraid!” Why? Because fear is the opposite of faith. Make no mistake; weakness stems from mistrust. You cannot trust someone and fear the results of their decisions. You’ve seen it over and often in the movies. The man holds out his hand to the woman and says, “Do you trust me?” and she will usually say yes and place her hand in his hand. Then they jump from some high building and land safely on the ground or on some floating magic carpet.

Well, that is the same concept. God is holding out His great and mighty hand to us, and He is saying, “Do you trust me?”

If we show fear, we are essentially saying, “No, I do NOT trust you.” A statement that God takes very personally. Because when we say that, we are calling God a liar. An untrustworthy scoundrel.

We are in a spiritual war, a battle for the souls of men. If we show the slightest hint of weakness, the enemy will swoop in and not only eat our lunch but take tomorrow’s lunch money as well. He will strip you of everything you have and leave you broke and naked. And God knows that.

Peace. Love. Go Forth and Be Strong and Courageous.

Have Confidence In Your God

15 Then these men came by agreement to the king and said to the king, “Know, O king, that it is a law of the Medes and Persians that no injunction or ordinance that the king establishes can be changed.” 16 Then the king commanded, and Daniel was brought and cast into the den of lions. The king declared to Daniel, “May your God, whom you serve continually, deliver you!” 17 And a stone was brought and laid on the mouth of the den, and the king sealed it with his own signet and with the signet of his lords, that nothing might be changed concerning Daniel. 18 Then the king went to his palace and spent the night fasting; no diversions were brought to him, and sleep fled from him. ~ Daniel 6:15–18

King Darius had no choice but to throw Daniel into the den of lions. These men are in agreement all the way. And that is how the devious are. Those who seek full control. Those who want what others have. They come in agreement and create laws that make it seem like it is in your best interest. It is all about you. We want you safe!

Yet, we don’t notice that the whole time the noose is slowly tightening around our necks.

The main aim of deceivers is to have the injunction signed and a stone laid over the mouth and sealed with the king or government’s signet ring that your situation cannot be changed. But God is able to deliver us!

We will not panic. We will not fret. We will have confidence in our God to deliver us.

Peace. Love. Go Forth and Have Confidence In Your God.

31 It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. ~ Hebrews 10:31

All you who destroy the earth. All you who plot evil against Christians. All you who deceive the citizens of the world through flattery. You who spread a net for someone else’s feet, how will your feet be kept from falling into the same trap?

This is your opportunity. Today is the day of salvation; tomorrow is promised to no man. Remember, the Lake of Fire is hot, and eternity is a long, long time. Choose your side wisely.

I’m telling you. You do not want to be caught on the wrong side when Jesus returns with His rewards in His hand. Good or bad, His rewards are with Him. Because Pay Back is No Beach Trip.
