The Trinity Pt. 1: Is It In The Bible?

The term Trinity is often used in the Christian community to describe God. Within the Trinity, you have the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Many people believe that this is a man-made belief as the term ‘Trinity’ is never used in the Bible. So, does that mean that there is no evidence for the Trinity in the Bible? The Trinity

The Trinity In The Bible

26 Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27 So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

Genesis 1:26-27

These are the generations of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens.

Genesis 2:4

15 God also said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel: ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations.”

Exodus 3:15

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him was not any thing made that was made.

John 1:1-3
